At Delaware: Second-year player expected to a key member of the Blue Hen pitching staff • left-handed strikeout pitcher who tossed three shutouts during her freshman campaign.
2011 Season: Made 27 appearances including 15 starts during her freshman campaign • went 6-10 with one save and a 5.39 earned run average • led the team and ranked fifth in the Colonial Athletic Association with 111 strikeouts • fired five shutout innings against Marist, allowing just three hits while striking out 10 batters (3/12) • tossed a four-hit shutout during a 1-0 victory over Saint Francis (Pa.) the following day, posting 12 strikeouts (3/13) • fired a two-hit shutout of George Mason (3/26) while striking out 14 batters, tied for the second most punchouts in a game in UD history • picked up the save with a scoreless seventh inning during the Blue Hens’ 4-2 victory over the Patriots the following day (3/27) • was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on March 28 for her efforts against Mason • allowed one unearned run in four innings of work to earn a victory over UNC Wilmington (4/22) • fired a three-hit shutout at Drexel, allowing just three singles while striking out 10 and not walking a batter (4/30) • gave up only two hits in six scoreless innings of relief against Towson (5/6) • posted two hits at the plate and also scored a run.
High School: Three-year Central Connecticut Conference selection at Simsbury High School • named Hartford Courant Player of the Year and selected to Hartford Courant All-State Team in 2009 and 2010 • New Haven Register All-State Team pick as a senior • named to Women's Major Softball National Championship All-Star Team in 2010 • served as team captain during senior year • honor roll student.
