At Delaware: Will battle for time as a defensive specialist and libero
2011: Played in 71 sets during 29 games in first year seeing action for Delaware … set career highs with eight digs (Oct. 10 at William & Mary) … had 10 perfect serving games which included two 11-for-11 games, last on Nov. 19 vs. James Madison … played in every set during Colonial Athletic Association Tournament.
2010: Did not see action and retained year of elegibility • named to the CAA Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Excelled as a defensive specialist / libero at Morristown High School • served as a team captain for three years and was honored as the MVP four times • earned first-team All-Morris County, All-Daily Record, and All-NJAC honors • also was selected to the third-team All-Group 3 squad and was named a 2010 New Jersey All-Star • chosen as the Morristown High School Outstanding Female Athlete in the Class of 2010 for her performance on the court.
Personal: Kori Dean Reigel ("ree-gul") • started playing volleyball as a freshman in high school • climbed Mt. Whitney, the highest summit in the contiguous United States, becoming one of the youngest summiters at the age of 10 • Majoring in exercise science at Delaware.
