High School: Four-year member of the basketball and outdoor track teams at Woodside High School • led Woodside to the AAA Peninsula District regular season and tournament championships as a junior and senior, and the regional championship as a senior • earned first team All-District, All-Region and All-State honors during senior year • selected Woodside Female Athlete of the Year and Senior Athlete of the Year • first team All-District and All-Region, and honorable mention All-State as a junior • named second team All-District as a sophomore and honorable mention All-District as a freshman • earned 2012 U.S. Army Reserve National Student-Athlete Award • given President’s Award for Educational Excellence • 800 meter district champion in 2012 • honor roll student during all four years of high school.
Personal: Alecia Margaret Bell • daughter of Alonzo and Sandra Bell • has a younger sister, Alexis • father played football at Princeton and mother played softball at Saint Paul’s College • has played the piano for 11 years • exercise science major at Delaware who aspires to go into the physical therapy field.
