Indoor Track & Field - Three-year letterwinner. 2007-08 Season: Member of the 4 x 800 meter relay team that finished in 9:34.64 at the New Balance Invitational • ran the 800 meters in 2:21.25 at the Lafayette Invitational and the 1,000 meters in 3:07.11 at the Thomson Invitational, both the second best times by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the mile in 5:26.35 at the Penn State Open. 2008-09 Season: Member of distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the ECAC Championships in 11:49.88 to earn All-East honors • distance medley team also finished third at the Penn State Open • member of 4 x 800 meter relay team that finished 18th at the ECAC Championships in a school-record time of 9:15.89 • 4 x 800 meter relay team won the John Covert Classic and Colonial Invitational, and finished seventh at the New Balance Invitational • won the 800 meters in 2:16.49 at the Colonial Relays • won the 1,000 meters at the NYU Fastrack Invitational in a school-record time of 2:52.71 and also won the 1,000 meters at the Thomson Invitational • ran the mile in 5:00.30 at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational • earned UD Team Sportsmanship Award • named Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week on Feb. 22 • 2009-10 Season: Won three individual events during the season, incuding two 1,000 meter races • champion in the 1,000 meter meters at Lafayette-Rider Indoor Track Invitational (2:59.93) and the UD/Thomson Invitational (3:02.20) • won the mile at the John Covert Indoor Track Classic with a Blue Hens' best 5:14.73 • member of several relays, including the the first leg of the distance medley relay team which took sixth in a field of 21 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational (12:09.43) • fastest time for Delaware in the 800 meters (2:17.94) at New Balance and the 1,000 Meters at the NYU Fastrack Invitational (2:57.44) • team third-best 10:44.49 in the 3,000 meters at the UD Invitational for a second-place finish.
Outdoor Track & Field - Three-year letterwinner. 2008 Season: Member of 4 x 800 meter relay team that won the Rider Invitational and Delaware Open • member of 4 x 1,500 meter relay team that finished the Colonial Relays in 19:46.56 • ran the 800 meters in 2:21.07 (10th Place) at the CAA Championships, the second best time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 1,500 meters in 4:47.97 at the Delaware Open. 2009 Season: Member of 4 x 800 meter relay team that finished 20th at the ECAC Championships in 9:12.64 • won the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters at the Towson Invitational • ran the 800 meters in 2:16.73 at the Colonial Relays • placed sixth in the 1,500 meters at the CAA Championships (4:34.27). 2010 Season: Had two top-three finishes at the Golden Ram Collegiate Invitational, taking first in the 1,500 meters (4:47.09) and in the 800 meter run 2:23.21 • took first place in the 3,000 meters (10:43.56) during the Delaware Open II • ran the opening leg of the distance medley relay, which finished 16th at the Penn Relays (12:17.38) • CAA Academic Honor Roll.
