At Hartford: 2010 Season: Competed in all but one meet for the Hawks • finished eighth in 20:18.0 at the Hartford Riverfront Invitational, the third best time by a Hawks runner in the event • also placed 25th in 20:09.0 at the Ted Owen Invitational. 2009 Season: Competed in six meets for Hartford • was eighth in 20:36.7 at the Hartford Riverfront Invitational • also placed 28th in 20:08.0 at the Keene State Invitational, the fastest time by a Hawks runner in the meet.
Indoor Track & Field - First-year member of the Blue Hens. At Hartford: 2010-11 Season: Finished 11th in the 800 meters in 2:35.99 at the Wesleyan Invitational • was third in the 1000 meters in 3:23.77 at the Vermont Duals • placed 33rd in the mile in 5:43.53 at the Harvard Open. 2009-10 Season: Finished third in the 1000 meters in 3:13.49 and fourth in the mile in 5:29.37 at the Vermont Duals.
Outdoor Track & Field - First-year member of the Blue Hens. At Hartford: 2011 Season: Ran the 400 meters in 2:34.15 at the Colonial Relays • finished the 1500 meters in 5:16.69 at the UConn Invitational • placed fourth in the UMass Pre-Conference race in the 3000 meter steeplechase in 12:26.80. 2010 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:35.77 and the 1500 meters in 5:13.75 at the UMass Spring Meet • finished the 5000 meters in 20:14.39 at the RPI Invitational • placed sixth in the 3000 meter steeplechase in 13:07.78 at the UConn Alumni Meet.
High School: Four-year letterwinner for the cross country, track & field, and nordic skiing teams at New Paltz High School • second team All-MHAL selection in cross country • led cross country team to a section title • section champion in the steeplechase • earned three state medals and was the 2009 section champion in nordic skiing • member of Junior National Mid-Atlantic Nordic Ski Team • honor roll and high honor roll student.
