Cross Country - Two-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2010 Season: Competed in all but one race for Delaware • led the Blue Hens by finishing 39th at the Penn State Invitational in 22:33.7 and fourth at the Delaware Invitational in 18:45.1 • was also the team’s top finisher by placing third at the Blue & Gold Invitational in 19:02.0 and 34th at the CAA Championships in 22:49 • finished 80th at the NCAA Regionals in 22:51 and 100th at the ECAC Championships in 20:15.4. 2009 Season: Competed in all seven events as a freshman • finished 66th at the ECAC Championships in 18:51.2 • placed 11th at the Blue & Gold Invitational at 19:33.9 • was 16th at the Delaware Invitational in 19:42.62 • came in 33rd at the James Madison Open in 20:46.9 • finished 229th at the Paul Short Invitational in 22:56 • placed 48th at the CAA Championships in 23:17.61 • came in 87th at the NCAA Regional Championships in 23:52 • named to the CAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track & Field - Has earned one letter for the Blue Hens. 2010-11 Season: Ran the mile in 5:27.19 and the 3,000 meters in 10:49.78 at the Princeton Invitational • finished the 5,000 meters in 18:48.83 at the Lehigh Invitational. 2009-10 Season: Did not compete for Delaware.

Outdoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the team. 2011 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2010 Season: Did not compete • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Standout in track and field, swimming, and lacrosse at Strath-Haven High School • earned Academic All-American honors in lacrosse as a senior • honor roll student.

Personal: Katy Maura Loughran ("lock-ran") • born Sept. 28, 1990 • daughter of Jim and Jessica Loughran • older brother, Kyle, is a swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania • exercise science major at Delaware • has worked as a lifeguard and babysitter during the summer • father is a graduate of Drexel and mother is a school teacher • enjoys going to the beach and is an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.
