Cross Country - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters. 2011 Season: Competed in six meets for Delaware • ran the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational in 20:02 to finish 28th and the Fordham Invitational in 20:15 to place 80th • finished 20th at the Delaware Invitational in 24:20 and 359th at the Paul Short Invitational in 24:38 • came in 17th place in 25:15 at the Blue & Gold Invitational and 138th in 20:29 at the ECAC Championships. 2010 Season: Competed in five events as a freshman • finished 159th in 25:53.6 at the Penn State Invitational and 37th in 21:08.9 at the Delaware Invitational • placed 59th in 21:40.30 at the Blue & Gold Invitational • placed 148th in 25.53 in the Paul Short Invitational open race and 23rd in 21.27.2 in the ECAC Championships open race.
Indoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the team who has earned two letters • school record holder in the 4x800 meter relay (9:13.72). 2011-12 Season: Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that set a school record with a time of 9:13.72 at the New Balance Invitational • finished 11th in the distance medley relay in 11:58.25 and 12th in the 4x800 meter relay in 9:14.45 at the ECAC Championships • ran the 800 meters in 2:19.09 at the Collegiate Challenge and the 1,000 meters in 3:03.09 at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational • finished the mile in 5:11.83 at the Princeton Invitational and the 3,000 meters in 11:02.05 at the Delaware Invitational. 2010-11 Season: Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished 18th at the ECAC Championships with a school-record time of 9:15.01 • 4x800 meter relay team also won its event in the Thomson Invitational and Lafayette/Rider Invitational • ran the 500 meters in 1:22.53 at the Thomson Invitational and the 800 meters in 2:20.00 at the Maryland Invitational • finished the 1,000 meters in 3:16.73 at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational and the mile in 5:38.39 at the Princeton Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters • school record holder in the 4x800 meter relay (9:02.61) and the distance medley relay (12:00.06). 2012 Season: Finished fifth in the 800 meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 2:13.80 • ran the 1,500 meters in 4:39.68 at the Delaware Open • placed 10th in the 4x800 meter relay in 9:09.44 and 11th in the distance medley relay in 12:03.47 at the Penn Relays. 2011 Season: Member of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the Penn Relays in a school-record time of 12:00.06 • member of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed 13th at the Penn Relays in 9:08.49 • 4x800 meter relay team also finished ninth at the ECAC Championships • member of 4x1,500 meter relay team that finished in 19:41.37 at the Raleigh Relays • ran the 800 meters in 2:15.10 at the CAA Championships and the 1,500 meters in 4:52.52 at the Delaware Open, both the second best times by a Blue Hen on the season.
