Cross Country - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters. 2011 Season: Competed in all eight meets for Delaware • one of three runners to earn the Team Most Improved Award • finished 24th in 19:47 at the UMES Lif-Lifter Invitational and 65th in 20:03 at the Fordham Invitational • placed 22nd in 24:23 at the Delaware Invitational and 361st in 24:41 at the Paul Short Invitational • came in 12th at the Blue & Gold Invitational in 24:54 and 37th at the CAA Championships in 24:03 • finished 147th in 25:14 at the NCAA Regionals and 55th in 19:26 at the ECAC Championships. 2010 Season: Competed in all but one meet during her freshman season • finished 139th in 24:56.6 at the Delaware Invitational and 26th in 20:37.8 at the Delaware Invitational • placed 260th in 24:14 at the Paul Short Invitational and 43rd in 21:00.73 at the Blue & Gold Invitational • finished 72nd in 24:02 at the CAA Championships and 165th in 24:37 at the NCAA Regionals • was 13th in 20:34.6 in the open race of the ECAC Championships.
Indoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters. 2011-12 Season: Won the mile and the 4x800 meter relay at the John Covert Classic • ran the 1,000 meters in 3:17.38 and the mile in 5:23.07 at the Maryland Invitational • finished the 3,000 meters in 10:31.66 at the Collegiate Challenge. 2010-11 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:30.18 at the Princeton Invitational and the 1,000 meters in 3:13.72 at the Maryland Invitational • finished the mile in 5:26.45 at the Gotham Cup and the 3,000 meters in 11:51.84 at the Lehigh Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters. 2012 Season: Won the 3,000 meters at the Delaware Open, and the 5,000 meters in VCU Invitational and Towson Invitational • ran the 800 meters in 2:31.88 and the 1,500 meters in 4:52.96 at the Navy Invitational • finished the 3,000 meters in 10:28.07 at the Delaware Open and the 5,000 meters in 18:09.07 at the Towson Invitational. 2011 Season: Won the 1,500 meters at the West Chester Open with a time of 4:55.95 • ran the 800 meters in 2:27.88 at the Delaware Open.
High School: Three-sport athlete, competing in cross country, track & field and field hockey at East Stroudsburg North High School • earned two varsity letters in cross country, three in field hockey and four in track & field • took fourth place in the Mountain Valley Conference in cross country in senior year • track captain in junior and senior season • three-time 1,600m MVC champion • won MVC 800m title while qualifying for states her senior season • National Honor Society • graduated second in her class.
