University of Delaware Track & Field/Cross Country Staff to Host Alumni Gathering for Homecoming Saturday

NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware men’s and women’s track & field coaching staff will host a special alumni event for all Blue Hen cross country and track & field alumni Saturday afternoon as part of Homecoming festivities.
The event will take place at the UD Mini-Stadium track behind Delaware Stadium from 1-3 p.m. prior to the University of Delaware vs. Towson University football game. Snacks - wings, antipasto tray, fruit salad, chips and dips - and beverages will be provided.
“Homecoming is the perfect time of year to come together and celebrate warm memories of past experiences as a Blue Hen,” said Delaware women’s indoor and outdoor track & field head coach Wendy McFarlane. “We look forward to seeing many former Blue Hens return and meet old friends and make new connections.”
