Indoor Track - Has earned three letters for the Blue Hens. 2008-09 Season: Ran the 55 meter hurdles in 9.56 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meter hurdles in 10.08 at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational • finished the 60 meters in 8.86 at the Thomson Invitational and the 200 meters in 30.00 at the Princeton Invitational • ran the 300 meters in 48.34 at the Pyrah Invitational • recorded a long jump of 15’1.25” at the Colonial Invitational. 2009-2010 Season: Team best 9.05 in the 55 meter hurdles at the Princeton Invitational • Ran a 9:39 in the 60 meter hurdles at the NYU Invitational • Ran 28.25 in the 200 meters at the Princeton Invitational • Had a long jump of 4.95 meters at the NYU Invitational
Outdoor Track - 2009 Season: Ran the 100 meter hurdles in 18.02 at the West Chester Open and the 100 meters in 13.85 at the Richard Stockton Invitational • finished the 200 meters in 29.44 at the Penn Invitational • recorded a long jump of 15’4.25” at the Towson Invitational. 2010 Season: posted a time of 15.7 in the 100 meter hurdles at the CAA Championships • Posted a time of 27.61 in the 200 meter at the CAA Championships • Posted a 2:41.18 in the 800 meters at the CAA Championships • Recorded a high jump of 4’ 6.75” at the West Chester Open Invitational • Recorded a Shot Put of 24’ 11” at the CAA championships. • Recorded a javelin throw of 48’ at the CAA championships • Scored 3436 points in the Heptathlon at the CAA championships
High School: Member of Sayville High School track and field team that won the small school championship in 2004 and 2005, and the division championship in 2005 and 2006 • three-time state qualifier • All-American and national qualifier during senior year • member of National Honor Society • honor roll student.
