Indoor Track - Has earned one letter for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Ran the 500 meters in 1:31.58 at the John Covert Classic, the 800 meters in 2:36.66 at the Princeton Invitational, and the 1000 meters in 3:37.18 at the Delaware Invitational #1. 2008-09 Season: Ran the 1000 meters in 3:42.97 at the Pyrah Invitational and the mile in 6:10.01 at the Delaware Invitational. 2009-2010 Season: Ran 800 meters in 2:33.16 at the Princeton Invitational • Ran the 1000 meters in 3:20.88 at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational
Outdoor Track - 2008 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:36.53 at the Delaware Open and the 1500 meters in 5:29.79 at the Penn Invitational. 2009 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:34.69 at the Towson Invitational • recorded a pole vault of 7’9.25” at the West Chester Open. 2010 Season: Posted a 2:30.48 in the 800 meters at the Penn Relays
High School: Three-year All-League and two-year All-Passaic County selection in cross country • 2006 All-Conference and All-Passaic pick in winter track • led Clifton High School outdoor track team to a pair of undefeated seasons in the league • served as team captain during senior year.
