Indoor Track & Field - Has earned two letters for the Blue Hens. 2010-11 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2009-10 Season: Ran the 60 meter hurdles in 10.45 and the 800 meters in 2:55.39 at the Pyrah Invitational • ran the 200 meters in 28.83 at the Thomson Invitational • posted a high jump of 4’7” at the John Covert Classic • had a long jump of 15’9.75” at Lafayette/Rider Invitational • threw the shot put of 35’1.75” at UD Invitational • scored 2,543 points in the pentathlon at the John Covert Classic • ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee. 2008-09 Season: Ran the 60 meters in 8.54 at the Colonial Invitational and the 200 meters in 28.38 at the Thomson Invitational • finished the 300 meters in 48.02 at the Pyrah Invitational • posted a season-best long jump of 16’1.5” at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational • finished seventh in the long jump at the Gotham Cup.

Outdoor Track & Field - Has earned two letters for the Blue Hens • school record holder in the javelin. 2011 Season: Threw the javelin a season-best 134’9” at the Delaware Open • won the javelin at the CAA Championships and earned all-conference honors for the second consecutive year • also won the event at the Golden Ram Invitational and Morgan State Invitational • finished 21st in the javelin at the ECAC Championships • Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee. 2010 Season: Won the javelin at the CAA Championships, Towson Invitational, and Colonial Relays • her javelin throw ow 146’11” at the Colonial Relays set a school record • finished 37th in the javelin at the NCAA East Regionals, 15th at the ECAC Championships, and ninth at the Penn Relays • named All-CAA in the javelin • posted a shot put throw of 33’5.25” at the Towson Invitational, the best toss by a Blue Hen in the event on the year • named CAA Female Field Athlete of the Week on March 30 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll and to USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team • ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee. 2009 Season: Finished 14th at the ECAC Championships with a javelin throw of 132’0” • placed second at the CAA Championships in the javelin with a throw of 137’4” • won the Swarthmore Open with a season-best javelin throw of 142’4” • won the javelin in the Richard Stockton Invitational, Towson Invitational, and Colonial Relays • placed third in the javelin at the Penn Relays.
