High School: Four-year member of Cape Helopen High School track and field team • was a sprinter and ran middle distance • earned eight letters in indoor and outdoor track and field • school record holder in the 4x800, 4x400, 800 meters, 500 meters and 400 meters • four-time Penn Relay medalist in the 4x400 • 4x200 state champion in 2008, and 800 meters state champion in 2010 and 2012.
