Indoor Track & Field - Second-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter • school record holder in the long jump (40’6.75”). 2011-12 Season: Won the triple jump at the New Balance Invitational with a school record mark of 40’6.75” • finished sixth in the triple jump at the ECAC Championships to earn All-East honors • won the long jump and triple jump at the Pyrah Invitational• recorded a season-best long jump of 18’8” at the John Covert Classic, the fourth longest in school history • member of the 4x200 meter relay team that finished in 1:42.96 at the New Balance Invitational • ran the 55 meters in 7.39 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meters in 7.88 at the Delaware Invitational • completed the 200 meters in 25.60 at the New Balance Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field - Second-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter • school record holder in the triple jump (40’4.25”). 2012 Season: Finished fourth at the CAA Championships with a school-record triple jump of 40’4.25” • also was 18th at the ECAC Championships in the triple jump • placed 16th in the 4x100 meter relay at the ECAC Championships • won the triple jump and the 4x100 meter relay at the Delaware Open • 4x100 meter relay posted a season-best time of 46.94 at the CAA Championships • posted a season-high long jump of 17’1.5” at the Navy Invitational.
High School: Four-year letterwinner on the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at C.D. Hylton • also played one year of soccer and golf • regional and district champion in the triple jump, long jump, and 4x100 meters • U.S. track and field triple jump champion • earned All-Region, All-District, and All-State honors • named Athlete of the Year in 2011 • Washington Post All-Met selection • member of the National Honor Society and Model United Nations • Principal’s Honor Roll student • magna cum-laude student.
