NEWARK, Del. -- Looking for an inexpensive way to entertain the family this spring season?
University of Delaware Lacrosse Family Day Doubleheaders are great outings for the entire family!
One game ticket for just $5 grants admission to both home games at Delaware Stadium that day. That’s a 58% savings!
The Blue Hen men’s and women’s lacrosse teams will play two doubleheaders this season, including this coming Saturday, February 16 and Saturday, March 9.
On Saturday, February 16, the UD women’s lacrosse team will face off against Big East powerhouse Georgetown in their home opener at noon at Delaware Stadium. The team’s official 2013 schedule poster will be available to the first 200 fans in attendance.
Later that day, the Blue Hen men will face off against the defending national champions and No. 1 ranked Loyola at 3 p.m.
On Saturday, March 9, the Delaware men’s team will begin action against Binghamton at noon while the women will host Rutgers at 3 p.m. Make sure to stick around post-game as the women’s team will be signing autographs immediately following their game.
Family Day Double Header discounted tickets are available in advance or on gameday. All tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase tickets in advance, visit the Delaware Ticket Office located in the Bob Carpenter Center or call 302-831-2257.
