Indoor Track - Three-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Ran the 55 meter hurdles in 8.53 at the Princeton Invitational and the 60 meter hurdles in 9.11 at the John Covert Classic, the third and fourth best times in UD history, respectively • ran the 200 meters in 27.20 at the Princeton Invitational • posted an 18’4.25” long jump at the John Covert Classic, the longest jump by a Blue Hen on the season and third longest in school history • recorded a triple jump of 35’8” at the Princeton Invitational. 2008-09 Season: Ran the 55 meter hurdles in 8.78 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meter hurdles in 10.19 at the Thomson Invitational • ran the 60 meters in 8.27 at the Colonial Invitational and the 200 meters in 29.32 at the Princeton Invitational • recorded a long jump of 17’2” at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational, the best mark by a Blue Hen on the season • recorded a triple jump of 35’10.5” at the Colonial Invitational. 2009-2010 Season: Ran 9.20 in the 55 meter hurdles at the Princeton Invitational •Top time for the Hens in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.36 at the NYU Invitational • Ran the 60 meters in 8.38 at Pyrah • Ran the 200 meters in 28.62 at the Thompson Invitational • Top time for the Hens in the long jump with a jump of 5.33 meters at the NYU Invitational
Outdoor Track - Three-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Won the long jump at the Lehigh Games • posted a season-best long jump of 17’9.5” at the Colonial Relays and a triple jump of 35’2.5” at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet • ran the 100 meters hurdles in 15.08 and the 200 meters in 27.11 at the Towson Invitational, and the 100 meters in 13.10 at the Lehigh Games. 2009 Season: Ran the 100 meter hurdles in 15.72 at the CAA Championships, the second fastest time by a UD runner on the season • recorded a long jump of 16’8.5” at the CAA Championships and a triple jump of 35’6” at the West Chester Open, both second best on the team. 2010 Season: Top time of the Hens in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 15.57 in the CAA Championship • Ran a time of 13.10 in the 100 meters at Tuppeny • Ran the 200 meters in a time of 27.15 in the CAA Championships • Had a long jump of 5.50 meters at Delaware Open II • Had a shot put distance of 9.12 meters in the CAA Championships • Had a Javelin throw of 19.40 meters in the Delaware Open II • Had the top score for the Hens in the Heptathlon with 3,621 points at the CAA Championship
