Indoor Track - Has earned two letters for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Ran the 200 meters in 29.37 and the 400 meters in 1:04.09 at the Delaware Invitational #1 • ran the 500 meters in 1:25.63 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 800 meters in 2:33.62 at the John Covert Classic. 2008-09 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2009-2010 Season: Ran the 400 meters in 1:01.65 at the Princeton Invitational • Ran the 500 meters in 1:19.15 at the UD Invitational • Had a team top time of 1:44.88 in the 600 meters at Penn State Open • Ran the 800 meters in 2:31.08 at Lafayette/Rider Invitational
Outdoor Track - Two-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Ran the 400 meters hurdles in 1:12.33 at the CAA Championships • ran the 400 meters in 1:02.29 at the Delaware Open and the 800 meters in 2:33.85 at the Lehigh Games. 2009 Season: Member of 4x400 meter relay team that won the West Chester Open in 4:14.70 • ran the 800 meters in 2:33.41 at the West Chester Open. 2010 Season: Recorded a 26.89 200m at the West Chester Open Invitational – ran the 400m in 59.33 also at the West Chester Open – had a season best time in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships, running a 1:06.54.
High School: Member of cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track teams at Penfield High School • three-year All-County selection in the 400 meter hurdles • sectional and county champion as a freshman in the 400 meter hurdles • competed in the state meet in the 4x400 meter relay in three consecutive years • competed in the Nike Indoor Nationals three straight years • high honor roll student • member of National Honor Society.
