At Delaware: Second year at Delaware after transferring from UMBC • expected to again start for the Blue Hens' defensive line.
2009 Season: One of seven Blue Hens to start each of UD's 17 matches • headed the UD defense that shutout nine of its opponents • dished out a pair of assists on the season during back-to-back games against Northeastern (Sept. 25) and William & Mary (Oct. 2) • recorded 10 shots on the season lacing seven on goal • awarded the UD Alumni Association Team Most Valuable Player Award • named to the 3rd team All-CAA.
2008 Season (at UMBC): Started all 19 matches at UMBC • led the Retrievers with five goals, 11 points and 42 shots • scored the only goal of the match in a 1-0 win over Sacred Heart • scored a goal against North Carolina State and Stony Brook • recorded only assist of the season versus Boston University • scored two goals in the win over Albany in the season finale.
2007 Season (at UMBC): Selected to the America East All-Rookie Team • ranked second on the Retrievers with three goals and seven points • started all 17 games in which she played • scored her first career goal at North Carolina State • named America East Rookie of the Week for the final week of the season after recording five points in two games • found the back of the net at Binghamton • tallied the game-winning goal and an assist in the season finale against Albany • took 22 shots on the season, third-most on the team • named the team’s Most Valuable Athlete at the Varsity Awards Banquet • recognized on the America East Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Earned first-team all-state honors as a senior and second-team accolades as a junior and freshman • two-time all-conference first team selection • also named to the all-conference second team as a freshman • named team MVP as a senior • helped lead the Ravens to the second round of the state tournament and scored two goals in the game • member of the Delaware State ODP • also a basketball and track and field standout in high school • team MVP and two-time all-conference second team selection in basketball • placed sixth in the state in the 100-meter dash as a junior • Named Female Scholar Athlete of the Year at St. Thomas More Academy in 2006 and Outstanding Female Athlete by the Delaware Women’s Alliance for Sport and Fitness in 2007 • member of the National Honor Society.
