High School: Four-year letter winner for Central Bucks South High School • holds records at C.B. South in 200-yard IM, 100-yard free, and 100-yard back • four-year Academic All-American • was the 2010 District 1 champion • named 2011 Suburban One Swimmer of the Year • four-year all-league and three year All-State honoree• member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society • participated in student council • was on honor roll.
Personal: Lauren Mary Ahrens ("air-ins") • daughter of James Ahren and Donna Ahrens • has two siblings, Jamie and Steve Ahrens • health and physical education major at Delaware • sister, Jamie, graduated from Delaware.
