At Delaware:UD All-Time Top-10 Lists: 100-Breaststroke (8th, 1:05.22), 200-Breaststroke (8th, 2:24.10). 2011-12 Season: Swam the eight fastest time in school history in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:05.22 at the CAA championships where she finished 16th. Recorded the school’s eight fastest time in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:24.10 at the Bucknell invitational where she finished fifth. Swam the second leg for the 200-yard medley relay team that placed 13th in the record books with a time of 1:49.02. Recorded two-second place finishes against Georgetown in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke events. Placed second in the 200-yard breaststroke at the meet against Widener with a time of 2:28.43. Recorded a third place finish at the meet against LaSalle/Rider and at the meet against George Mason. Finished 39th in the 200-yard individual medley event at the CAA championships.
High School: Named to All-Area team all four years • honored as All-Area Athlete of the Year as a senior • named Summit Award winner for Best Female Performance and Female Rookie of the Year • was the district champion three years in a row in the100-yard breaststroke • 2010 PIAA state champion in the 100-yard breastroke • qualified for districts and states all four years for 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard IM • National Honor Society member and four-year member of Academic Honor Roll.
Personal: Jamie Angelica Kane • daughter of Raymond and Tina Kane • has an older brother, Taki Olock • chose Delaware for the elementary education program and plans to concentrate on special education at Delaware • was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus at age 11.
