50-freestyle (1st, 23.58), 100-freestyle (10th, 52.63), 100-backstroke (1st, 55.04), 200-backstroke (1st, 2:00.92), 200-medley relay (1st, 1:43.09; 2nd, 1:44.59; 4th, 1:46.04; 6th 1:46.96; 7th, 1:46.98; 8th, 1:47.18), 200-freestyle relay (1st, 1:33.56; 2nd, 1:34.10; 6th, 1:37.11; 9th, 1:37.57), 400-freestyle relay (2nd, 3:26.54; 6th, 3:32.39), 400-medley relay (1st, 3:43.52; 2nd 3:45.30; 4th, 3:48.54; 5th 3:51.47; 8th, 3:52.48; 9th, 3:52.28; 10th, 3:52.29). 2011-12 Season: Received the UD Alumni Association Team Co-Most Valuable Player Award.  Broke the school’s all time record in the 50-yard freestyle event at the CAA Championships with a time of 23.58 while placing 10th overall.  Swam the top 100-yard backstroke time in school history in the 100-yard backstroke while finishing seventh at the CAA Championships (55.04).  Recorded the top 200-yard backstroke time in school history of 2:00.92 at the CAA Championships where she finished 11th.  Swam the first leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay event for the team that broke a record and finished fifth at the CAA Championships with a time of 1:33.56.  First leg for the 400-yard medley relay team that finished third at the CAA Championships and broke a school record with a time of 3:43.52.  Swam the fourth leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay event for the team that recorded the second fastest time in UD history (3:26.54). Was the first leg for the 200-yard medley relay team that set the fourth best time in school history while finishing sixth at the CAA Championships (1:46.04).  Recorded five first place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke on the season. Became a Bucknell Invitational Champion in the 200 and 400-yard medley relay events.  Competed at the U.S. Winter Nationals in the 100-yard butterfly event.    2010-11 Season: Named the UD Alumni Association Team Most Valuable Player • One of the team's best all-around swimmers, and best back stroke swimmer • touched home in first on 19 different occasions, adding four second place and five third place showings • broke both the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke records, and helped the 200-yard medley relay team to a program record • broke the UD all-time 100-yard backstroke record in a time of 55.58 in the opening leg of the 400-yard medley relay team at the CAA Championships • finished ninth in the preliminaries of the 200 back at the CAA Championships breaking the all-time record in 2:02.82 • first leg of the 200-yard medley relay team that placd sixth at the CAA Championships and broke the school record in 1:43.09 • swept the 100 and 200-yard backstroke events in dual meets against George Mason and James Madison, Towosn and again against Drexel and Northeastern • finished third in the 100 back at the Frank Elm Invitational out of 64 swimmers in a time of 57.77 • also swam in 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly events. 2009-10 Season: one of the team's best all-around swimmers, competing in all the relays except the 800 freestyle • was the first leg of the 200 medley relay that finished seventh at the CAA's in a school record 1:43.62 • was the first leg of the 400 medley relay that finished in sixth at the CAA's in the school's second fastest time, 3:48.54 • the 200 freestyle relay came in fourth at the CAA's, as Raw was the second leg as the team finished in a program record 1:34.10 • anchored the 400 freestyle relay that finished first at Loyola in 3:23.39 • had the team's fourth fastest time in the 50 freestyle with a 26th place finish at the CAA's in 24.30 • had the team's second best time in te 100 freestyle, coming in 20th at the CAA's in 52.63 • finished with the team's top time in the 100 backstroke, coming in seventh at the CAA's in 56.39 • came in second at Drexel in the 200 backstroke with a season best 2:10.99.

High School: Four-year member of the Montgomery High School swim team • also competed for the Somerset Valley YMCA • earned All-American honors in four events, including the 100-backstroke • also served on the nationally-recognized 200-medley, 200-freestyle, and 400-freestyle relay teams • named the Most Valuable Player in 2006 and 2008 • three-time conference and county champion • set four state records and led Montgomery to the 2009 Skyland Conference Championship.

Personal: Courtney Margaret Raw • daughter of Philip and Nicola Raw • has a younger brother, Bradley • enjoys competing in ultimate frisbee • worked as a customer service consultant at SFS over the summer • majoring in psychology at Delaware • hopes to become a criminologist.
